The Abel delivery standard
How every project is run, from first site walk to signed handover.
Field partners give us flexible capacity. They never take away our accountability. Abel owns the design, the client relationship and the acceptance standard on every job, and every job follows the same four stages.
Four stages
The minimum we do on every field project.
-
01 · Before we quote
Pre-bid
- Site walk and review of drawings
- Scope assumptions and exclusions in writing
- Bill of materials and labor estimate
- Licensing and permit check for the scope
- Schedule and site-access constraints
-
02 · When you award
Award
- Signed statement of work
- Milestone billing tied to progress
- Field-partner agreements and insurance certificates on file
- A written change-order procedure
-
03 · While we build
Execution
- A named Abel project lead
- Issue log and regular status reports
- Materials control and field photographs
- Work-in-progress testing, not just final testing
-
04 · When we hand over
Closeout
- Test results for every link
- Labels, as-built drawings and configurations
- Customer sign-off and warranty terms
- An optional managed-support agreement

Our quoting rule
We do not quote what we have not scoped.
Every proposal states its labor, materials, contingency, schedule, exclusions and a named delivery owner. A low number that ignores the site produces change orders later. A scoped number protects your budget and your schedule.
The same discipline applies beyond the field: managed agreements define coverage and response in writing, and automation work is accepted against measures agreed before it starts.
Have a site, a scope or a set of drawings?
Send what you have. We will review it and propose a site walk, or tell you what is missing.
