What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (a project inquiry, a support request, or a brief from one of our planning tools), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, organization, email address, phone number and message, together with the answers in that brief.

Planning-tool answers you do not send to us stay in your browser and are never transmitted.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to you, provide support, and manage our relationship with you. Submissions are stored in our service-management system. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver and protect it, including bot protection on forms. Support requests and inquiries are recorded in our professional services automation platform. Remote support sessions use a dedicated, customer-authorized remote support service.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics to understand aggregate site usage. We also record anonymous events, such as a click on "Discuss a project", made up of the event name and the page address only. No cookies, device identifiers or personal information are attached. We do not use advertising trackers.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted by sending us a message or calling (631) 930-2400.
