Remote support
Join a secure remote session.
If an Abel technician is helping you right now, they will give you a session code or send you a link. You stay in control, and you can end the session at any time.
The connection page is always rmmus-abel.screenconnect.com. Check the address bar.
- 1 Open the connection page
Use the button here, or the link your technician sent.
- 2 Enter your session code
Type the code your technician gives you, then select join.
- 3 Run the small support app
Your browser downloads a one-time client. Open it and approve any permission prompts.
- 4 Work through it together
You can watch everything the technician does and end the session whenever you choose.
Windows
Open the downloaded file from your browser’s downloads list. If Windows asks whether to allow changes, choose Yes.
macOS
Open the downloaded app. macOS will ask you to allow Screen Recording and Accessibility in System Settings → Privacy & Security. Your technician will walk you through it.
Having trouble?
Stay on the phone with your technician, or submit a request and we will reach out to you.
Protect yourself
How to know it’s really us.
Remote-access scams are common. Criminals pose as IT support, banks, or software companies. Our rules are simple and never change:
- We only start a remote session when you contacted us, or when we have scheduled the work with your organization.
- Our connection page is rmmus-abel.screenconnect.com, and only that address.
- We will never ask for your passwords, banking details, or payment over a remote session.
- If you are unsure, hang up and call us back using a number you already trust ((631) 930-2400).
